For our office based in Warsaw, Poland we are currently looking for: Senior PR & Social Media Specialist and Senior Sales Executive.


General Purpose
To manage social media and increase brand awareness and positive media coverage.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
– Managing and creating content for social media channels
– Planning social media strategy and analyzing stats
– Planning PR strategy
– Enhancing the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels
– Managing media relations and requests
– Writing press releases and other PR copy
– Monitoring online feedback about the company and reacting to it
– Creating push notifications

Education and Experience
– min. 3-5 years in PR and social media management
– knowledge of social media analytics & management tools – such as Hootsuite, Brand24 etc.
– knowledge of CMS tools, such as WordPress
– knowledge of customer service principles
– knowledge of basic business principles

General Purpose
We are looking for an ambitious sales executives that know how to climb walls and chop down trees on their way to successfully sell Foap B2B missions and services using a consultative selling approach. With some pretty lofty goals ahead of us, we know that we can only do it with bad-ass salespeople on board – people who love helping their clients make more money online.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
– Manage the entire sales cycle process (inbound/outbound) for identified prospects from initial contact through to closure
– Work directly with customers via skype, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services
– Educate customers on product offerings and services to improve their “online presence”, explain pricing and answer questions from customers building value in the customer relationship
– Follow up with customer via skype or email following initial sales contact
– Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions via upsell of additional products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.
– Place outbound calls on a daily basis
– Continued product education to better service customer calls
– Maintain accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker


– At least 3-5 years of experience in sales
– Experience in internet/telesales and Web Based Applications will be a huge advantage
– Strong customer service and telesales skills
– Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
– Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills (excellent English is a must)
– Problem solving and decision making skill
– Strong negotiations skills
